Thank you Laura. I was actually quite a distance from the harbour when I noticed this view.
For the technically minded, it was taken using a Nikon D7000 at 130mm focal length. I took three shots at ISO 2000, f/22, bracketed around 1/1000 sec (+2 and -2 stops). The three images were merged in Photomatix and enhanced using Capture NX2.

I have been ‘traveling’ around here in your archive, and all your work is fabulous! My son just returned from a 10 day trip to Ireland and Scotland … he had a wonderful time touring the many sites that were on the itinerary, and we’re looking forward to seeing his video and photos, as well.
