  1. The whole library looks fantastic, but this room is certainly a spectacularly wonderful feature within the whole! Marvelous!

  2. Hi Kathryn, Thank you for your comment. I suspect this room was moved from another building and reconstructed here at the very top of the new library. If you are ever in the area the library is a “must see” attraction!

  3. Yes, I immediately went to do a bit of research and saw that the room is, indeed, transported and not new. But it’s new to *me* all the same, and nonetheless spectacular! Your shots in and around Birmingham, however, make me think it’s a town I should visit when I can finally get back to England anyway!
